HOW TO PRODUCE GAUZE MEDICAL BANDAGE

    Many people use big weaving machine to produce gauze bandage, for much higher production. But these years, also many people using narrow needle loom to produce bandage for high quality. 

    Today i will talk about machines needed to produce gazue medical bandage by narrow needle loom (full line production).

    1. warping machine (to wind yarns onto beams), tape making machine used by narrow needle loom, the first steps are the same - WARPING yarns onto beams. (using latex warping machine to wind elastic yarns and pneumatic warping machine to wind non-elastic yarns).

    2. than using narrow needle loom to produce elastic or non-elastic gauze medical bandage. normal models can produce max width about 300mm. The productivity is low used by this machine, because of the weak yarn. Besides,the machine is better to equip with an inverter for speed control. 

    3. the third step is packaging. some clients need bandage packed in roll, and some need it packed in pieces.
    1) If pack it in roll, need rolling first and than package. 
     A: Edge cutting and rolling machine. Cutting and rolling at the same time (need high quality gauze, this way can ensure the bandage be opened or threw freely without warp winding). Rolling first, then cutting(suitable for low quality gauze, high capacity, but warp thread winding on end-product, this way need an additional auxiliary slitting machine to produce).
     B: packging. Packing material: can one side heat sealing packing film material (such as OPP, CPP, OPP compound PE, PET compound PE, etc. single layer or composite material.
     2) Packaged in pieces:

    4. the last step UV sterilizer. 
    Application: it can be used for pickles, sauerkraut, powder such as flour, rice flour, Chinese wolfberry, pilose antler, bottles of vinegar, soy sauce, grain, honey, the bird's nest, fruits, apples, bananas, oranges, Chinese wolfberry, pear, egg products, egg, duck egg, seafood, agricultural and sideline products, rice, wheat, dairy, bubble pepper chicken feet, candy, vegetables, meat, seasoning and food sterilization. Widely used in hospital, food, disinfection cabinet, water treatment equipment, food and beverage processing and packaging equipment, food factory, cosmetics factory, milk factory, brewery, beverage factory, bakery, cold room, etc.

    Working principle:
    1) The ultraviolet ray is refers to between 200 nm to 380 nm wavelength of the sun's rays, including three categories: uv-a wavelength of 315 nm to 380 nm, UV - B wavelength of 280 nm to 315 nm, UV - C wavelength of 200 nm to 280 nm.     2) The sun's rays reaching the earth's surface (290 nm - 2000 nm) in UV accounts for about 13%, and more than 97% uv-a, UV - B (3%), UV - C close to zero. On human skin damage only uv-a, UV - B. Through UV - C ultraviolet lamp made of a special process, used to carry out disinfection sterilization.
    3) Select high efficiency, high strength and long service life of the UV -c low-pressure ultraviolet disinfection lamp, lamp life in 8000-10000 hours
    4) With high light transmittance, high purity quartz tube, uv transmittance over 96%
