Zipper tape

Zipper is a commonly used device for binding the edges of an opening of fabric or other flexible material, such as on a garment or a bag. It is used in clothing (e.g., jackets and jeans), luggage and other bags, sporting goods, camping gear (e.g. tents and sleeping bags), and other items.

Zipper tapes are woven on zipper tape needle loom. There are metal zipper, plastic zipper and nylon zipper which require different models and different matching machines.

The model YTA 14/20 is suitable for the production of nylon zipper tapes.

As of metal and plastic zipper, we can supply needle loom, center line zipper needle loom.

The model YTA 12/25, YTA 10/30 are suitable for the production of metal and plastic zipper tapes.

Besides the above mentioned machines, other matching machines and accessorieslikepneumatic warping machine, finishing machine, packing machine and beams are also available.
