Belt cutting machine is often used to cut the textile narrow fabrics, no matter it is elastic or non-elastic tapes. It can cut tapes that are made of pp, polyester, nylon, cotton or spandex etc.
Belt cutting machine can cut the narrow fabrics at your desired length that you set on it. With additional Panasonic sensor detector below, it can cut where exactly you want it to. For example, it can detect the logos and won’t cut on the logos.
Or if the tape comes with specific color lines like one below, it can cut on that specific line only. So it no longer cut based on the length any more.
As the maximum cutting width is 110mm, that means there is a narrow fabric tape with width like 30mm, it can cut at least 3 tapes at the same time. This is very productive.
This belt cutting machine comes with two different cutting blades, hot cut blade and cold cut blade. But only one of them comes along with machine. And normally cold cut seems to be more popular in the market. The temperature of hot cut blade can go up to 250-400 degrees.
As mentioned above, it’s very productive. The machine cutting speed goes up to 120 piece per minute.
Another available feature is that the cutting machine can cut and hold the cutted pieces together, and when it reaches the amount, you can take them off as a bundle and pack it straightaway.
